ABOUT ME
I'm a Texas-licensed, insured Massage Therapist and Instructor (including Prenatal Certified.) After graduating from the Swedish Institute in 2010, I established Massage Refresh in 2011. My mission was to create a practice offering superb, individualized therapeutic massage while building a brand people would recognize and trust.
As a massage therapist, I administer Swedish, wellness, deep tissue, and recuperative massage encompassing myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Each massage session is custom-tailored to address specific pains while promoting health and wellness. Providing sustained relief from stress, strain, and chronic conditions is my ultimate goal.
Massage Refresh has grown steadily since that summer day 13 years ago and my clientele continues to grow. I hope you join the growing community.
